Access Equipment Inspections
Under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Work at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR) there is an obligation placed on all owners of access equipment to have the equipment fully inspected at regular intervals by a suitably qualified Inspector to ensure it is fit and safe for purpose
